Change for Badsender: Launch of the emailing consulting activity in early April!

After four years spent writing this blog more or less regularly depending on the period, I finally decided to move to 100% and dedicate myself to my activity as an Emailing and eCRM Consultant on Badsender.com. I will therefore leave my position as Emailing and eCRM product manager at Bisnode Belgium (formerly WDM Belgium) at the end of March.

Even if Badsender is based in Brussels, my consulting activity will be mainly oriented towards France (Brussels being only 1h30 from Paris by Thalys ... it's a bit like the suburbs).

A first contract signed

It's a big challenge ... which looks good, as a very first contract of a few months has already been signed. This allows me to see the first months and to continue to develop the Badsender offer.

Emailing services already available

Since July of last year, Badsender offers its Emailing consulting services around 3 different axes:

  • Emailing analysis What are the strengths and weaknesses of your emailing program from the point of view of your customers and prospects? From the registration form to the reception of your newsletter, Badsender helps you to identify different points of optimization of your emailing strategy.
  • Emailing audit The objective is to define a roadmap in order to build a long-term emailing strategy. The audit goes further than emailing analysis, by also looking at transactional emails, multi-channel strategy, production processes and data management.
  • Strategic follow-up of emailing and eCRM Helping you become autonomous is Badsender's number one priority. The strategic follow-up accompanies you during the production of your campaigns and during regular workshops. It is also the ideal way to implement the roadmap defined during the Emailing Audit.

New services in the coming months

Badsender does not intend to stop with the three services described above. In the months to come, other services will be added to this list:

This is the number one priority (apart from customers of course), work is already underway, see you in a few weeks for more details, but here are already the different modules that will be offered:

Design and html integration

If not for this year, maybe early next year ... even if Badsender.com is not intended to become an emailing agency.

Emailing, but not only!

Today, it has become impossible to talk about emailing strategy without talking about other channels (and not only online by the way). That's why, while remaining specialized in emailing, Badsender will venture into other fields in the coming months.
