Dolist.net reveals today its study : "Pratiques & Tendances 2013 de l'e-mail marketing en France". This study was carried out in collaboration with Sphinx Développement (experts in online surveys), Adetem (Association Nationale des Professionnels du Marketing) and Observatoire ComMedia.
More than 400 professionals were mobilized to respond to the survey. Here are some key figures:
- increase in the practice ofinbound marketing by e-mail (content enhancement) : +18% in 1 year and +30 % in 2 years
- increase inuse of themarketing automation : +26% in 4 years
- decrease in database exchanges : -38% in 2 years
- increase in point-of-sale sales: +38% in 1 year
- only 43% of professionals measure the traffic that email campaigns generate on their site
