SpreadButton, the social CRM platform for ecommerce has just announced its brand new version. This one in addition to a complete redesign of the ergonomics brings two important new features:
- Operations management: 22 pre-programmed operations allow you to set up your marketing actions in a simplified way.
- The ability to automate certain marketing actions: These allow for automatic segmentation in order to, for example, manage abandoned carts or birthday campaigns.
