The M³AAWG publishes its guide: "Help - I'm On A Blocklist

As you may know, the M³AAWG est une organisation réunissant les différents acteurs de la lutte contre la fraude en ligne, le spam, les malwares, … Dans ce cadre l’organisation a publié il y a quelques semaines un guide afin d’aider les  expéditeurs d’email à se sortir de l’impasse que peut constituer un blockage. Dans ce guide, vous trouverez des conseils en 4 étapes pour vous sortir de ce petrin :

1. Finding the source of the problem and identifying the method to get you off the block list;
2. Evaluation of the impact of the "listing;
3. Action: Implementation of a solution;
4. Communication about actions taken to the owner of the block list.

As you can see, you should absolutely try to remedy your internal problems (the ones that led you to be listed) before contacting the owner of the blocking list.
