Description of the position

You will work closely with the CRM team and will be part of the marketing team based in Paris. You will take part in the strong development of the company through the management of contact points with customers (advanced automatic emails, emailing campaigns, sms and push-app) and the analysis of the performance of CRM actions.

Mission:

  • You bring your expertise on workflows to define and optimize customer contact points across a multi-channel chain (email, push-app, landing page).
  • Optimization of CRM actions: You are in charge of the realization and the follow-up of the targeting of all the campaigns. Using the results of our previous actions, for each of our campaigns, you define the targets, make selections and check the samples.
  • As an Adobe Campaign/Neolane expert, you will bring your knowledge of the various modules (Campaign, Interaction, Air Traffic Control, etc.) to meet business needs. You will be able to propose innovations to increase Photobox's revenue.
  • You carry out statistical analyses on the customer base in order to better understand their behavior and improve their multi-channel targeting.
