A little over a year ago, SMTP.com bought out at the same time SharpSpring and GraphicMail. If this announcement has not received much visibility in France, it is because these three entities are still largely unknown in our market.
On the one hand, SMTP.com is one of the leading SMTP relays dedicated to transactional email and applications requiring mass email delivery without the marketing layer. On the other, SharpSpring is a start-up active in B2B marketing automation, with a strong focus on agencies wishing to resell this solution (Badsender's emailing agency is one of SharpSpring's partners in France). In some benchmarks, the automation platform rivals the likes of Marketo and HubSpot. Finally, there's GraphicMail, an email marketing platform in Saas mode that has been around for over 10 years.
Following the acquisition, a technological rapprochement has taken place in recent months and will result in the disappearance of GraphicMail. Former customers will be progressively migrated to SharpSpringMail+, which is a variation of the SharpSpring platform (except for a few features). To learn more about this component, please read this article on the GraphicMail French blog.

Behind the scenes, a completely different sales organization has been established. GraphicMail had already had a team dedicated to the French market for many years. For several months now, this team has been pushing all of the group's solutions and SharpSpring is becoming increasingly visible.
