Pour rappel, ces dernières années, Teradata avait acquis des sociétés comme eCircle ou encore Aprimo, mais ses activités marketing n’avaient pas connues la croissance espérée. Dès juillet, Marlin Equity annonçait logiquement la fusion de Teradata Marketing Applications et de BlueHornet, on connait maintenant la nouvelle identité de l’ensemble sous le nom de Mapp. Michael Biwer, CEO de Mapp Digital :
