eCRM case study: becoming a customer of the bank N26

Acquiring a new customer is not easy! But when they take the first step, it's important not to make mistakes and to make it easier for them... by using eCRM scripting. It seems obvious, but unfortunately it is not always well done. Moreover, the banking world is not always the most welcoming, which is why we decided to conduct this case study in this sector.

To conduct the case study, we picked from the newcomers in the industry with N26 bank. We wanted to both check what new techniques were being used by banking startups (complete digitization of the subscription path) and check whether eCRM channels were being used optimally.
