One Response
It's a pity that in France we don't have such a certification that allows the different actors to work in harmony and that perfectly meets everyone's expectations. It is a constructive, positive initiative and not repressive and destructive rules as we can see in France at the level of ISPs and other anti-spam filter(s) that close the dialogue and put in place blocking rules (opaque) that absolutely do not take into account the LCEN (especially on the notion of consent) and that go against the future GDPR which will be implemented in May 2018.
