A few days ago, Sarbacane released the "Sunrise 6.2" version of its management of emailing campaigns and SMS. Here is a brief description of the new features announced:
    • Automated scenarios are evolving with the ability to create emailing scenarios with several messages. These messages can also be triggered based on the behavior of the recipients.
    • Automatic determination of the best time to send of a campaign for a given recipient. Using past behavioral data, geolocation, time zones, ... the platform will automatically determine the best time to send your emails for each of your recipients.
    • Return of the heatmap allowing you to check which areas of your emails have generated the most clicks with a graphical representation of your message.
    • Possibility ofsend your email campaigns in batchesThis is the best way to avoid generating too much traffic on your website or to spread the load of your call center or your sales teams.
    • Some other optimizations in the user interface.
