Last Thursday, Anne-Claire FichtenDeliverability Manager at Actito and Jonathan Loriaux hosted a webinar on the topic:
How to adapt your post-crisis emails to preserve your reputation?
Among the series of webinars organized by ActitoIt is the one of Anne-Claire and Jonathan who counted the + of registered and the + of questions in live! And we're proud of it! 😉

What was said there?
Anne-Claire began by taking stock of what was observed during the containment period:
- +30% increase in emailing traffic but also an increase in phishing!
- a tightening of rules by ISPs :
- they have reduced their tolerance for complaints and hardship bounces
- they kept a closer eye on changes in the sending domain and sender name
- they were able to block campaigns with spamwords in the objects of type: your store opens its doors, covid, covid-19, your stores reopen...

14% of participants stopped sending, 54% reduced and adapted their sending, and 32% did not change their practices.
From there, Jonathan and Anne-Claire illustrated the impact of these three types of behavior on reputation and on possible blockages. They have taken care to break down the impacts according to the type of sending (from a dedicated or shared IP) and to provide the associated advice.
In short, it was very instructive.
