When we want to illustrate a good practice in emailing, we often take the example of a brand in retail textile BtoC. However, this is not the case, Is email used in the same way in different industries? Do the targets (BtoB, BtoC) have the same expectations? Do we set the same rules for content, commercial pressure, targeting and automation? Do we use the same tools? How do we organize ourselves when we are alone in charge or when we manage a CRM team of several people?

Alison is currently Ecommerce Manager at AMC Productiona French manufacturer of custom roller shutters and garage doors. Alison has implemented email strategies for several companies in different sectors: electronics with Conrad, cosmetics or retail when she worked in agency, and she participated in strategies in the restaurant industry with Flunch, and in the textile industry with LaRedoute. She has implemented these strategies for both B2B and B2C targets. And today, she manages alone the e-commerce strategy of her company and she loves it!
