Thomas Défossez began his career as an emailing integrator at Experian before setting up his own web agency. Since the end of 2014, Thomas has been an email designer-integrator at Badsender. Innovation in emailing is really his hobby. He's really passionate about email. As he's a designer AND email integrator, his imagination goes through design and always ends up integrated into HTML for email.

Olivier Fredon has worked for both agencies and advertisers. He has a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary vision. He accompanies Badsender customers from the outset of an email production project right through to completion. He analyzes their needs, constraints, organization, teams, budget and deadlines. Based on his analysis, he provides an appropriate response. His obsession? to meet users' needs first and foremost.
