01.Summary

Beobank uses theemail builder LePatron for the design of its email marketing for several years now. Over the years, several templates have been created at different times in order to cover all communication needs: newsletter, commercial, BtoB, internal... These different templates have introduced slight differences in style, as well as content typology requirements present in one but not necessarily in the others.

02.challenges

With updated branding and Web guidelines, Beobank has aligned the design of its email templates with the new brandbook. One of the main objectives was to be able to cover all needs within a single template that would offer all the necessary content. All without impacting their creation history or blocking their current production. Of course, all users and collaborators will need to be made aware of and trained in the new templates and the rules of email usage, while complying with the graphic charter.

03.Solutions

With Beobank already having access to the email builder and a good number of active collaborators on the platform, it was important to ensure continuity while preserving the productions already produced. A new master template will therefore be created for 2022. Identify all content, options, style and language variants, and make everything accessible and manipulable from the LePatron editor. In addition, to ensure consistency internally with the various users and to complete the brand documentation, we will establish a design system email featuring the entire new template and recommendations for use.

04.Result

The objective of this project was twofold: firstly, to adapt our templates to the evolution of the Beobank brand image by simplifying and lightening the stylistic elements and visual blocks, and secondly, to give greater flexibility to the many different users. The new template fully meets our expectations and now enables users to vary the presentation of content very easily according to the objectives targeted by the communication (customer care / X-Sell / ....). The fluidity of exchanges, responsiveness and support provided by the Le Patron team enabled us to achieve the desired results quickly, with immediate adoption by internal teams.
