I like Lush! A committed brand, top-notch reassurance, really cool products and product- and experience-oriented marketing that makes me one of their customers. It smells so good!
From an email marketing point of view, Lush has far too many messages for their ethical commitments. But this message stands out from the crowd. Basically: Would you like to unsubscribe from our Father's Day emails? (by the way, that's exactly what the message is about). Whether it's because we're bored by this type of email, or because it brings back painful memories, there are plenty of reasons not to want to receive it!
